The People who make us who we are:

Meet the Owner

Meghan G.

CEO, CPFS & Qualified Behavioral Health Assistant

As a person in long term Recovery, I know how scary and daunting admitting you have a problem and then deciding to seek a solution can be. My hope for Sober Is, is that we can create a space that helps people feel less alone, and help propel them along their path to sustained Recovery.

I have created a Team that brings their passion, education and support to people day in and day out.  Walking along side people, helping them create the Recovery Path that feels right to them.

Meet the Coaches

Sober Is... is made up of a team of extraordinary people, from all walks of life, stories, and backgrounds!

Brie G.

Program Director, CPFS and Qualified Behavioral Health Assistant

My name is Brie, I am a Certified Peer Recovery Coach and woman in long-term recovery. After years of struggling with substance use, with the support of others, I found freedom from addiction. It's incredibly important to me to help smash the stigma around substance use and mental health by sharing my sobriety journey with vulnerability. The core of my recovery is helping others and I believe recovery is possible for anyone.

Craig T.

Director of Community Outreach, CPFS and Qualified Behavioral Health

Craig is a certified peer recovery coach who is able to over support in a host of ways. Craig has overcome his legal issues and works an active program of recovery. He is a great advocate to have in your corner.

Bre F.

Lead Coach, CPFS and Qualified Behavioral Health Assistant

I am a Certified Coach who is also active in the Sober Living community. Bre has an extensive history of drug use, trauma, and involvement with the justice system. Bre has been clean and sober since November of 2021 and has since dedicated her life to sharing her experience, strength, and hope with the Recovery Community. She is kind, knowledgeable, and compassionate. Bre has the ability to relate to a broad demographic of people by sharing her experiences in addiction and recovery.

Coreen B.

My name is Coreen B and I am a person in long term recovery.  To me, that means being able to hold a steady job.  Being in recovery to me means being able to provide for myself, my children and my family.  Recovery has given me the ability to have an open and honest relationship with my family and friends.  Overall, recovery has given me the ability to add commitment to my goals and dreams equation.

My purpose is to help those around me recover and recover outloud!

Alix G.

Seth believes that if you show up authentically and do the work, anything is possible.  He brings this philosophy to his approach to Peer Coaching, and every Client he works with.  Seth has over come his own struggles with addiction, and utilizes all he has learned along the way to help  Clients create a recovery path that works for them.  He prioritizes staying adaptable and open to new ideas, and avoiding complacency at all costs, which has lead to his success in his coaching role.

Kim S.

Certified Peer Recovery Coach and Qualified Behavioral Health Assistant

My name is Kimberly, I am a peer recovery coach and someone who has struggled with addiction and mental health issues my entire life. Spending time in the judicial system I know the challenges that can bring. Once I found community, peer support, and the right combination of services, I was able to gain sustained recovery.  I have dedicated my time to helping others find the right combination of support and resources. Through sharing experiences and creating a safe space for others.

Kirk A.

Certified Peer Recovery Coach

I’ve personally experienced the struggles of addiction and the difficult journey to recovery. Through hard work and perseverance, I’ve rebuilt my life and found stability. I want to become a peer coach to support others who feel stuck, just like I once did. Hearing from someone who’s been there can offer real hope and motivation. Helping others stay strong in their recovery also keeps me grounded in mine.

Beth N.

Certified Peer Recovery Coach

I’m Beth, I've been in recovery since 8/8/23, having battled addiction for 15 years. At one point, I never thought there was a way out, but through perseverance and support, I found a new way to live. Joining a community of people with shared goals helped me realize that life after addiction could be not only possible but beautiful. Today, I’m a peer coach, dedicated to guiding others on their own journey to recovery. I’m passionate about helping people see the possibilities in their lives.

Josh H.

Certified Peer Recovery Coach

I'm a person in long-term recovery and here to support others on their path. I’ve been where you are, and I know how powerful it is to be truly heard. My approach is about meeting people where they are, without judgment or pressure. I believe recovery looks different for everyone, and I’m here for all of it. You don’t have to do this alone.
