As a person in long term Recovery, I know how scary and daunting admitting you have a problem and then deciding to seek a solution can be. My hope for Sober Is, is that we can create a space that helps people feel less alone, and help propel them along their path to sustained Recovery.
I have created a Team that brings their passion, education and support to people day in and day out. Walking along side people, helping them create the Recovery Path that feels right to them.

I struggled with alcoholism for most of my adult life. Drugs came into play a little later on, but brought a lot of the same consequences. I started truly fighting for recovery in 2020 at the beginning of the pandemic. In the past few years, I have overcome the obsession to drink and use drugs, and have done some thorough work on my past trauma-to truly heal the reason that I picked up substances in the first place. I now give back as both a recovery coach & a behavioral health tech.
As a woman in long term recovery, I found a profound passion to help others find freedom in their lives and freedom in their health by paying the gift of recovery forward. I’m forever grateful for the people who have walked beside me along my personal journey and I’ve learned we truly do this one day at a time, without shame and we are so much better together!
It wasn't until I had knee surgery at the age of 24 that I became dependent and then addicted. I entered Sober Living in August of 2022 and have been sober since! Sobriety has given my fiancé and me a second chance at a healthy and happy life. For me, the only way I can maintain my sobriety is to give it away and help others on to the path that I have grown to love! I would not be sober without love and support. I am excited to help others the same way I have been helped.
