What We Do...
Peer Recovery Coaching
Sober Is...Peer Recovery offers a supportive process in which Certified Coaches with lived experiences of recovery from substance use or mental health challenges assist others on their recovery journeys. Coaches provide guidance, encouragement, and practical advice while fostering a sense of hope and empowerment. They help clients set goals, develop coping strategies, and access resources and support systems within the community. This approach emphasizes the value of shared experiences, helping individuals navigate their paths to recovery in a compassionate and understanding manner.
Peer Support Groups
Sober Is...Peer Recovery Coaching has a variety of groups that are offered to our Clients. These groups offer a space for Clients to gather information about Recovery, while also helping in other areas of their lives. Such as Life Skills and Job Skills, Community Engagement and how to navigate the Recovery Community.
Social Engagement
Our Sober Social Events create supportive, uplifting, and engaging events that foster friendships, encourage personal growth, and promote a healthier lifestyle.
